The field crops branch at Gadot cultivates approximately 3,000 dunams (741 acres), growing a diverse range of dryland and irrigated crops, including wheat, corn, cotton, melon, watermelon, peas, beans, broccoli, and more.

As part of its commitment to advancing sustainable agricultural practices, Gadot has joined the Soil Health Project. In addition to monitoring standard soil health parameters, the observation plot at Gadot will also serve as a research site for evaluating innovative biological tools for managing Macrophomina disease, a significant challenge in crop production.

Further details and updates on Gadot’s participation will be shared as the project progresses.
